Rear loaded refuse-collection vehicles are trucks of special purposes designed for the collection and transportation of solid domestic waste (SDW) to the waste recycling areas, and the resource-valuable materials – to the places of its sorting and/or further processing. The process operation of the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicle is carried out by means of the on-board computer, which is integrated into an electronic chassis control system and coordinates the operation of the equipment of the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicle and truck chassis. On-board computer simultaneously controls more than 20 indicators of the operation of the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicle, and allows its controlling and adjustment in real-time mode. Micro

Most maneuverable waste truck

In the model “MICRO” the traditional scheme of configuration of the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicle had to be changed to increase agility and reduce the size. Due to the absence of rear bodywork in the model “MICRO”, the ratio of the hopper capacity to its own weight of equipment is significantly increased. Lightweight design is great to use on mounting on the truck chassis with a total weight up to 8 tons. The small size of the model “MICRO” allows to use it in the narrow streets and passages, where it is impossible to drive on full-size waste truck. The design of the waste truck allows to transfer the waste from the waste truck “MICRO” to the other rear loaded refuse-collection vehicles of the traditional configuration.

Mini

Refuse-collection vehicle of the small size

The equipment of the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicle “MINI” has a traditional configuration with the hopper capacity from 10 up to 14 cubic meters and is mounted on two-axle truck chassis. The refuse-collection vehicle with such hopper capacity in combination with a high compaction ratio allows to use medium-sized chassis with a low cost and high efficiency. Using all advantage of the design of the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicle and unique software of the Company “VLIV”, the model "MINI" is perfect wherever needed small initial investment, low operating costs, high productivity of equipment and there is no need for a full-size automobile chassis.

The model “MEDIUM” is the embodiment of all the best what one can find in the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicles “VLIV”. The traditional configuration, the large hopper with the capacity from 14 up to 18 cubic meters, rigid structure, unique program code “SMART PRESS”, the high compaction ratio, the best combination of agility and load-carrying capacity, price and productivity. The equipment of the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicles “MEDIUM” is mounted on two or three-axle truck chassis with a total weight from 16 up to 20 tons to carry more waste. Refuse-collection vehicle for manual collection

The model “MICRO B” is not the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicle literally. Lightweight design for manual collection of waste with the fixed hopper capacity of 9 cubic meters, refuse collecting scoop with a lid and dumping type of discharge. The model “MICRO B” is mounted on truck chassis up to 10 tons of total weight. It shows itself from the best side in places where there are no containers for waste accumulation. Minimum price gives a competitive advantage to this equipment of the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicle.
