•maintenance for the rear loaded refuse-collection vehicle: 2 weeks, 3 months, 9 months, 15 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months and 5 years.

Maintenance, after-sales, warranty and post-warranty service of attachments is provided at the area of the manufacturing plant, by mobile team at the customer site or in certified service centers whose addresses are indicated on the map below. Maintenance in other service centers entail the loss of warranty. We cooperate only with certified suppliers and manufacturers of spare parts, which ensure its quality and timely delivery.

Maintenance and after-sales service of chassis are made in authorized service centers of the chassis manufacturer.

The manufacturing plant the warranty service. As required the warranty repair, the customer shall notify the supplier of the equipment by letter, then the manufacturing plant send the competent employee to the place of maintenance for troubleshooting and the causes of a trouble. Then send to the nearest service center for free of charge replacement of the spare parts or components, in case if it is provided by the terms of the warranty.

As required the post-warranty service, the consumer goes to the nearest certified service center or directly to the original equipment manufacturer.

Taking into account the shortage of budget funds in the regions, we offer to consider possibility of work performance by us on the conversion and renewal of the waste trucks, which are available in the vehicle park, by means of the mounting of the new equipment on the waste trucks. The cost for providing work is including the cost of attachment, as well as the cost of work on mounting of equipment. The date when the vehicles will be ready to deliver to the customer's address, should be discussed additionally.
